✅ What are the delivery charges?
At G's Patisserie (Confect), shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and the destination. Our delivery charges are as follows:
For orders up to ₹25,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹1,000 applies.
For orders above ₹25,000, there is an additional charge of ₹15 per kilogram.
All shipping charges are calculated and applied at checkout based on the total weight of the products in your cart.

✅ What is the minimum order amount?
To place an order, the total cart value must be at least ₹25,000. Additionally, each product has a specific minimum quantity requirement, which is mentioned on the product page.

✅ What is the minimum order quantity for each product?
The minimum order quantity for each product is specified based on the box size. For example, for Sugar Paste - All Colors, the minimum quantity is 20 pieces of 1 kg or 60 pieces of 250 grams. Customers need to order in multiples of the case sizes mentioned in the product list.

✅ Can I order multiples of a product?
Yes, you can order multiples of the minimum quantity for each product. For example, if the minimum order quantity is 20, you can order 20, 40, 60, etc.

✅ What is your payment policy?
We require 100% advance payment for all orders to confirm your purchase and initiate the shipping process.

✅ Are taxes included in the product prices?
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of taxes. Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and are borne by the customer. For orders placed within India, prices are shown inclusive of taxes. For international orders, taxes are not included, and additional customs or duties may apply.

✅ What happens if my order is damaged during transit?
It is our responsibility to deliver undamaged products. If any damage occurs during transit, we recommend that you keep evidence of the damage, such as photographs, for reference.

✅ Can I redirect my order once it has been shipped?
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

✅ What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally ship orders within 1-3 business days, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Depending on your location within India, delivery may take anywhere from 3-9 business days.
